Mr. Villaflores expressed happiness and excitement on the first livelihood support of DOLE for the two associations through the assistance of LGU San Jose as the projects’ Accredited Co-Partner. He also mentioned that active participation, open-mindedness and cooperation from officers and members of the association are some of the key elements in the success of their group endeavors.
The presidents of the HLA and SJGMA heeded the challenge of Mr. Villaflores and promised that they will do their best in making sure that the funds awarded to them will not go to waste and they will be a catalyst in bringing progress in the lives of their members and in their community.
