Iligan of DOLE Palawan. Immediately preceding the Kabuhayan Program topic is a brief overview of the Workers’ Association and discussion on the Constitution and By-Laws presented by Ms. Anna Dominique C. Magbanua, also from DOLE Palawan. After each module, fifteen to twenty-minute open forum was held.
