Participants underwent workshops on developing Basic Writing Techniques, Applying Advanced Writing Techniques and Applying New Technologies such as infographics, photo essays and video presentations in DILEEP. On the second day, they were trained on applying Monitoring and Evaluation Principles and Techniques; and Gathering, Managing Information and Reporting.

The objective of this activity is to strengthen the capability of the participants in writing technical reports and good impact stories; to clarify tasks and roles of Focal Persons, and to enhance Monitoring and Evaluation Plan.

Atty. Rodriguez pointed out the importance of this training thus: “In doing your reports or any document, make sure that you KISS it and not KILL it. KISS is keep it short and simple and KILL is keep it long and lengthy,” he said.
